Magic Milk Tubeless Valves

Tubeless valves that keep airflow high even when the tyre runs an insert. The Magic Milk Tubeless Valves are 44 mm Presta valves, precision-machined from 7075 aluminium, with dual air ducts at the base so airflow stays high even when a foam insert sits over the valve hole. Sold as a pair, with a removable core and an anodised brand-green finish.

What makes them different

Most tubeless valves have a single air duct — fine for an empty tyre, restrictive the moment an insert covers the valve hole. These run dual ducts at the base, so seating, inflating and topping up stay quick. The locknut has an integrated 3.4 mm spoke key and valve-core remover, and there's a 4 mm Allen slot in the head so you can torque them in without scuffing the rim.

Installation

Remove the valve cap, lock nut and rubber O-ring. Insert the valve into the rim through the valve hole. Slide the O-ring down the valve and seal it against the rim. Secure with the lock nut — use the 4 mm Allen slot in the head for a firm, slip-free fit. Refit the valve cap.

Why 7075 aluminium

7075 is the aluminium aerospace uses for parts that can't fail. It threads cleanly, holds torque and doesn't gall when the locknut bites the rim — and it takes the anodising deep enough that the colour stays bright through a season of mud, sealant and pressure-washing.
