The Magic Milk Tubeless Valves are 44 mm Presta valves, precision-machined from lightweight, high-strength 7075 aluminium, with a dual air duct base and a multi-tool cap on every valve. They're what AON Racing run through the team's current World Cup season — Reece Wilson and Hattie Harnden included. Sold as a pair, with a removable core, and available in two colourways — Signature Green and Black Magic.
A dual air duct base, built for exactly this
Most tubeless valves rely on a single opening at the base. That's fine in an empty tyre, and restrictive the moment an insert covers it. These use two lateral air ducts in the sides of the valve base, plus a third opening underneath. When an insert sits over the main valve hole, air keeps moving through the sides — so seating, inflating and topping up stay quick. When nothing obstructs the base, the underside opening flows directly. It's the situation that trips up simpler single-duct designs.
Multi-function cap — on every cap
Every valve cap incorporates a valve-core remover and a 3.4 mm spoke key. Two tools you actually reach for, built into the part that never leaves the bike — so they're there when you need them, not in the bottom of a bag at home.

AON Racing run these valves on race bikes through the team's current World Cup season, Reece Wilson and Hattie Harnden included. World Cup racing is about as hard a test as a valve gets: repeated pressure changes, inserts fitted, and rims taking direct hits weekend after weekend.
4 mm Allen key installation
A 4 mm Allen key slot in the base of the valve provides secure engagement for straightforward installation and removal. You'll need your own 4 mm Allen key.

Installation
Remove the valve cap, locknut and O-ring. Push the valve through the valve hole from the underside of the rim. Slide the O-ring down the valve and seal it against the rim. Secure with the locknut, using the 4 mm Allen slot in the base of the valve for secure engagement and a slip-free fit. Refit the valve cap.

Precision-machined from lightweight, high-strength 7075 aluminium for a tough valve without unnecessary weight — the strength and durability demanding tubeless setups ask for. It threads cleanly, holds torque, and stands up to being fitted, removed and refitted across a season.

Yes. They're designed for rims using Presta valves. Please check that the 44 mm valve length is suitable for your rim depth.
