These terms govern your use of magicmilk.bike and any order you place through it. Please read them before you buy.

If anything's unclear, email us at believe@magicmilk.bike — we'd rather answer a question than have you misread the small print.

1. Who you're buying from

magicmilk.bike is operated by OKO Sales Ltd, the exclusive UK distributor of Magic Milk. OKO Sales Ltd is the seller of record for every order placed on this site.

The Magic Milk brand and the magicmilk.bike website are owned by OKO Global LLP, registered at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. OKO Global LLP licenses the brand and site to OKO Sales Ltd for UK operation. The two companies share certain order and customer data so they can run the site, fulfil orders, and look after the Magic Milk brand together — see section 12.

Where these terms say "we", "us" or "Magic Milk", we mean OKO Sales Ltd, unless the context makes clear we mean OKO Global LLP. Where they say "you", we mean the person placing the order.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). We can't accept orders for delivery outside the UK from this site. If you're based elsewhere in Europe, Magic Milk is available through our European channels — get in touch and we'll point you the right way.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order on magicmilk.bike, you're making us an offer to buy the products in your basket.

  • An order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that we've accepted it.
  • The contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • If we can't fulfil any item — for example, because of stock, a pricing error, or a delivery restriction — we'll tell you, and we won't charge you for that item.

We may decline an order if we have reason to believe it's fraudulent, breaches these terms, or can't be safely fulfilled.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate, unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices can change at any time, but changes don't apply to orders we've already accepted.
  • We take payment when you place the order, through the payment providers shown at checkout.
  • If a price is obviously wrong on the site (a clear listing error), we're not obliged to honour it — we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 working day of receiving them.
  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Ownership passes once we've received payment in full.
  • If something doesn't arrive when it should, contact us — we'll chase it with the carrier and put it right.

6. Your right to cancel — 14-day cooling-off

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email info@magicmilk.uk with your order number before the 14 days are up.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error.

Important — what we can and can't take back

Magic Milk sealant is a sealed chemical product. For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, we can only refund items that are returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact. This is in line with UK consumer law, which allows us to refuse returns of sealed goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Bottles that have been opened, used, decanted, or whose seal has been broken are not refundable, except where the product is faulty (see section 7).

Once we receive the goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we'll refund the price of the items (and standard outbound delivery, where applicable) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

7. Faulty or wrong items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 30 days at info@magicmilk.uk, ideally with a photo of the issue.
  • We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — including the cost of returning the item to us.

This applies even if the bottle has been opened.

8. Using the product safely

Magic Milk sealant is designed for use in bicycles, off-road motorcycles, e-scooters, Quad and ATV tyres. Please:

  • Read the label and any instructions before use.
  • Keep it out of reach of children.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and skin; wash thoroughly with water if contact happens.
  • Don't ingest the product. If swallowed, seek medical advice.

Performance claims on the site (sealing capability, longevity, particle behaviour) describe how the product is designed to perform under normal cycling conditions. Real-world results depend on your tyre, rim, set-up, and how the bike is used. We can't guarantee a specific outcome on every set-up.

9. The website itself

  • We try to keep magicmilk.bike accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or virus-free.
  • Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour, label revisions or packaging can happen.
  • We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

10. Intellectual property

All content on magicmilk.bike — the Magic Milk name, logos, the Creature mascot, photography, video, copy, packaging artwork — is owned by OKO Global LLP or used under licence. You're welcome to share our content on social media with credit. You can't reproduce, resell, or use it commercially without written permission.

11. Accounts

If you create an account on magicmilk.bike:

  • Keep your login details to yourself.
  • Let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • We can suspend or close accounts that misuse the site or breach these terms.

12. Privacy and data sharing

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

For data protection purposes, OKO Sales Ltd and OKO Global LLP act as joint data controllers for personal data collected through magicmilk.bike:

  • OKO Sales Ltd processes your data to operate the site, take payment, dispatch orders, handle returns, and provide customer support.
  • OKO Global LLP processes your data as website and brand owner — for example, to maintain the site, look after the Magic Milk brand, and inform brand-level analytics and marketing.

We share order and customer data between the two companies only for these purposes, under a data-sharing arrangement designed to protect your rights under UK GDPR. Full details, including how to exercise your rights, are in the Privacy Policy.

13. Things outside our control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example, courier disruption, supplier issues, extreme weather, strikes, or anything else that genuinely couldn't have been anticipated or avoided. We'll always tell you what's going on and put things right as quickly as we can.

14. Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
  • Any other liability that can't be limited or excluded under UK law,

including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, loss of riding time, missed events, or damage to other equipment caused by something other than the product itself when used as directed.

15. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on magicmilk.bike at the time you placed it. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when we last changed anything material.

16. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply, and the unenforceable part will be read down to the minimum extent needed to make it work.

17. Whole agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and anything else we link to from the storefront, form the whole agreement between you and us for any order you place on magicmilk.bike. If we don't enforce something on one occasion, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

18. Assignment

You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer ours — for example, in the event of a restructure or a change in who operates the site — but only to a party that takes on the same obligations to you.

19. Governing law

These terms, and any order you place under them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, except where you live elsewhere in the UK and have a legal right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
