Refund policy

This store, magicmilk.bike, is operated by Benjamin Rupert Evans (Strategem) (NIE Y3684484J), C. Ramón de la Sagra, 2, 29740 Torre del Mar, Málaga, Spain (“we”, “us”, “our”). For anything relating to a return, contact us at believe@magicmilk.bike.

1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you — acquire physical possession of the goods (or, for an order of multiple goods delivered separately, the last item).

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example, an email to believe@magicmilk.bike quoting your order number, or a letter by post. You may use the model withdrawal form in section 6, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

2. How to return an item

  1. Tell us within 14 days at believe@magicmilk.bike, quoting your order number.
  2. Send the goods back to C. Ramón de la Sagra, 2, 29740 Torre del Mar, Málaga, Spain, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us you were withdrawing.
  3. Return shipping cost: for change-of-mind / withdrawal returns, you pay the cost of returning the goods. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product, we pay the return cost (see section 5).

3. Condition of returned goods

You may return goods even if the packaging has been opened. However, you are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where the value has been reduced, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect this.

4. Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (but not any extra cost arising from your choosing a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees as a result.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items (legal guarantee)

Separately from the right of withdrawal, as an EU consumer you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity. If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not perform as they should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as provided by law. For faulty, damaged-in-transit, or wrongly-shipped items, we cover return shipping and put it right. Contact believe@magicmilk.bike.
