Clean, measured sealant application — every time. The Magic Milk Injector is a reusable 150 ml syringe with a graduated barrel and a flexible valve tube, built to put the right dose of sealant exactly where it needs to go. No funnel, no spillage, no guesswork.

How it works

Always use the injector with its flexible tube fitted — the syringe on its own does not connect to a Presta or Schrader valve, so the tube and its threaded adapter are what make the connection. Draw sealant straight from the bottle, connect the tube to your valve and inject the measured amount. The graduated barrel lets you follow each sealant's recommended fill volume precisely, so the tyre gets exactly what it needs and nothing ends up on the floor. Rinse it out and it's ready for the next job.

Why the measurements matter

Every Magic Milk sealant has a recommended fill volume for each tyre size. Under-fill and the sealant can't coat the full inner surface; over-fill and you carry dead weight and waste product. A graduated injector lets you hit those numbers exactly — it's a measuring tool as much as a filling tool.

Usage Info

Always use the injector with the tube fitted. The syringe on its own does not connect to a Presta or Schrader valve — the tube and its threaded adapter are what make the connection.

Deflate the tyre and remove the valve core.

Push the flexible tube onto the injector nozzle.

Draw sealant from the bottle up into the syringe, to the graduation you need.

Thread the tube's adapter onto the open valve.

Push the plunger to inject the measured dose.

Refit the valve core, inflate the tyre, and rotate the wheel to distribute the sealant.

ATTENTION: Do not use this injector on Presta valves with non-removable core. Wear eye protection and avoid sealant contact with skin or clothing.

How much sealant do I dispense per tyre?

Check the dosage chart on whichever Magic Milk sealant you're using — fill volumes vary by tyre size and product. The injector's 5 ml graduations let you hit the exact figure.

How do I use it?

1. Deflate the tyre. 2. Remove the valve core. 3. Fit the tube to the injector, draw the sealant in and thread the tube onto the valve. 4. Inject the measured dose. Re-install the core, inflate, ride.

What valves does it fit?

Can I use the injector without the tube?
